Fulfillment Policy

Thank you for choosing BrandBeat Global LLC for your branding, marketing, and consulting needs. Our commitment is to provide exceptional service and support throughout the entirety of your project. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our fulfillment policy below:

1. Project Initiation:

  • Upon receiving your project request, we will schedule an initial consultation to discuss your requirements, goals, and expectations.
  • Following the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and associated costs.

2. Agreement and Payment:

  • Upon acceptance of the proposal, we will formalize the agreement and require an initial payment as specified in the proposal.
  • We accept payments only through secured gateways of PayPal or Stripe. No payment information is received or processed on our website.
  • The payment plan is not time-centric, its based on deliverables and the payment-link or invoice is generated separately and invoice is emailed to the client. The client receives two proofs of payment: from the money transfer platform as well as BrandBeat Acccounting Department.

3.Refund/Cancellation Policy:

  • The initial deposit (usually 30 to 45% of the total invoice) is non-refundable, and the rest of the payments are based on deliverables.
  • No refunds/cancellation allowed once the artworks have been submitted for approval or if the work has commenced upon this proposal after
    signing this contract.
  • The estimated time duration to complete all projects is between 90
    to 120 working days from receiving the advance payment and all other
    information necessary from the client as mentioned in each section
    above. A delay in the work will not result in the deduction of any
    payments, however, BrandBeat Global will put its sincere efforts to work
    within the timelines and will expect the same from the client.
  • We do not provide any samples or printed materials and upon request connect the clients with a third-party supplier in their region and help negotiate the best price. The fullfilment/cancellation/refund policy of the third-party applies in that case as BrandBeat Global is merely making recommendations and providing the digital assets to both parties.

  • Workshops and Seminars: The full ticket fee is refundable 7 days prior to the first day of instruction, for less than 7 days from the commencement of the workshop no refunds will be issued. In certain situations, participant will be offered a seat in the next workshop.

3. Project Execution:

  • Our team will commence work on your project promptly after receiving the initial payment and any necessary materials from your end.
  • Throughout the development process, we will provide regular updates and seek your feedback to ensure alignment with your vision.

4. Quality Assurance:

  • We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed your expectations.
  • Prior to project completion, we will conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across various devices and platforms.

5. Delivery:

  • Upon completion of the project, we will deliver the final product as outlined in the agreement.
  • Our services are limited to digital products or consulting.
  • For consulting services, we will provide any deliverables agreed upon during the engagement.

6. Post-Delivery Support:

  • We offer a period of post-delivery support to address any issues or concerns that may arise after the project is completed.
  • Additional support and maintenance services are available upon request and can be discussed as needed.

7. Client Satisfaction:

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. We welcome your feedback throughout the process and strive to address any concerns promptly and effectively.

8. Changes and Revisions:

  • Any changes or revisions to the project scope must be communicated and agreed upon in writing to avoid misunderstandings.

9. Confidentiality:

  • We understand the sensitivity of the information shared during our engagements and assure you that all communications and materials will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
